By accessing this Website, accessible from www.creator-launch.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

2. Results Disclaimer

CreatorLaunch provides group coaching to individuals interested in starting their online business. While our coaching programs are designed to provide valuable insights and strategies, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the results achieved by our students. Your success is dependent on various factors, including your efforts, dedication, and market conditions. Therefore, CreatorLaunch and Tom Youngs are not liable for any outcomes, profits, or losses resulting from your participation in our coaching programs or courses.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund policy as part of our money-back satisfaction guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Completion of Full Course/Program: You must have completed the entire coaching course or program.
Completion of Associated Coursework: You must have fulfilled all associated coursework, exercises, reports and assignment submissions as guided by Tom.
You must have taken steps to start your online business and taken action (such as product research, speaking to suppliers etc.) after the completion of all modules.
You must have left the CreatorLaunch Telegram community before requesting a refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If, after meeting the above requirements, you remain unsatisfied with the value provided in the course, you may be eligible to request a refund.

Part of what makes CreatorLaunch work is the financial accountability. If you do not engage with the course materials or fail to take action during the course, this does not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@creator-launch.com. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that if you do not meet the above conditions, your refund request will not be considered.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of Thomas Youngs coaching programs, including but not limited to videos, guides, worksheets, and resources, are the intellectual property of Ben Alistor and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display these materials without prior written consent from Thomas Youngs.

5. Confidentiality

During the course of our coaching program, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information related to Thomas Youngs coaching methods and business strategies. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thomas Youngs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our coaching programs, including but not limited to financial losses, business disruptions, or personal injuries.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
